Canine Distemper Symptoms
1. Early stage: In the early stage, symptoms of cold and fever usually appear, such as sneezing, runny nose, cough, and sometimes the high fever reaches about 40 degrees. After two days or so, the high fever will quickly return to normal body temperature Down.
2. Mid-term: For dogs that have not been treated in time, the nasal mucus will become serous in the mid-term, and dry cough will occur, the breathing rate will also increase, the eyelid will appear red and swollen, and sometimes there will be erosion.
3. Late stage: In the late stage of canine distemper, the dog's body temperature will become more normal, about 38 to 39 degrees Celsius, and it will continue to cough, the nose is also purulent, and the eyelid erosion is more serious. Moreover, the eyes are already in a state of being unable to open, and they are particularly thin, lying happily, and do not like to move.

Canine Parvovirus Symptoms
Canine parvovirus is divided into enteritis type and myocarditis type, most of which belong to enteritis type.
Enteritis type
Initial symptoms: depression, anorexia, occasional fever, soft stools or mild vomiting
Mid-term symptoms: frequent vomiting and severe diarrhea, initially gray, yellow or milky stools with jelly-like mucus, followed by foul-smelling soy sauce-like or tomato-juice-like bloody stools.
Secondary symptoms: rapid dehydration, weight loss, sunken eye sockets, messy coat, inelastic skin, cold ears and nose, cold limbs, high mental depression, shock, and death.
Features: The incubation period is 3-5 days, and the symptoms from mild to severe at the beginning of the disease generally do not exceed 2 days, and the entire course of the disease generally does not exceed a week.

Initial symptoms: often no aura symptoms, or only mild diarrhea
Intermediate and late symptoms: weakness, moaning, cyanosis of mucous membranes, extreme difficulty breathing, rapid and weak pulse, murmur on cardiac auscultation, and sudden death (possibly due to acute respiratory depression) often within hours.
Features: More common in puppies aged 4-6 weeks, often sudden onset and death within a few hours
TEST PROCEDURE
CDV Ag Test Procedure
- Collect dog's ocular, nasal or anus secretions with the cotton swab and make the swab wet sufficiently.
- Insert the swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitates it to get efficient sample extraction.
- Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Suck the treated sample extraction from the assay buffer tube and place 3 drops into the sample hole "S" of the test device.
- Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
CPV Ag Test Procedure
- Collect dog's fresh feces or vomit with the cotton swab from dog's anus or from the ground.
- Insert the swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitates it to get efficient sample extraction.
- Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Suck the treated sample extraction from the assay buffer tube and place 3 drops into the sample hole "S" of the test device.
- Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
- Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
