Intended Use
The Canivet Adenovirus-Parvovirus-Distemper Virus Ab Tri-line Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of antibodies specific to canine adenovirus (CAV), canine parvovirus (CPV), and canine distemper virus (CDV) in serum or plasma. The titer of mentioned antibodies can be semi-quantitatively analyzed by the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer

Principle
The Canivet Adenovirus-Parvovirus-Distemper Virus Ab Tri-line Test is based on sandwich immunoassay method features a testing window for observing assay progress and result reading.  The window contains a control (C) zone, and the test zone named A-P-D (A represented CAV, P represented CPV, D represented CDV).  As the treated sample is applied, the liquid flows laterally across the NC membrane on the test strip.  It interacts with the pre-coated viral antigens, which capture the corresponding antibodies from the sample, forming a visible signal at the test zones.  The FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer evaluates the antibody titer levels by comparing the intensity of the test lines with a pre-calibrated reference chart, providing a semi-quantitative assessment of the results.  The C line must always appear after sample application, indicating proper test performance.

Test Procedures

 

1. Turn on the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer.
2. Use the analyzer's scanner to scan the QR code on the inner label of the box or the label of bag to import the calibration curve into the analyzer.
3. Remove the test card from the foil pouch.
4. Position the front of the card facing up, ensuring that the sample well is oriented towards the outside of the analyzer's test card slot.
5. Insert the card into the test card slot of the analyzer.
6. Use a pipette to place 40 μL of sample into the sample well. Then, add 80 μL of the assay buffer into the sample well.
7. Push the test card to the farthest end of the test card slot.
8. Tap "Standard Test" on the screen to start the testing. Please refer to the analyzer's operation manual for detailed instructions.

Interpretation of Results

Negative(G1):Negative and not immunized or immune failure.
Low(G2):Low antibody titer and poor immune status.
Medium(G3~G4):Medium antibody titer and good immune status.
High(G5~G6):High antibody titer and excellent immune status.
Invalid:No colored line appears in the C line, even if a line appears in the T line. It indicates that incorrect operation may happen and the test result is invalid. Repeat the test with a new test card
