Product Description

The Canivet EHR-BAB-ANA Ab Combo Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Ehrlichia canis antibodies (E.canis Ab), Babesia gibsoni antibodies and Anaplasma spp. antibodies in dog's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.
Assay Time: 5-10 minutes.
Specimen: serum, plasma and whole blood.

Test Procedure

Use dropper
Before use, all components must equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 10 minutes.
  1. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
  2. Use a capillary dropper to transfer 1 drop of the treated sample into the each sample well.
  3. Use a disposable dropper to transfer 3 drops of the assay buffer into the each sample well.
  4. Start the timer. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes to read the result.

Use pipette
Before use, all components must equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 10 minutes.

  3. Use a pipette to transfer 90 μL of the assay buffer into the each sample well.

Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both the Control (C) line and Test (T) line appear as magenta - colored lines in the testing window. Any faintly visible T line should be considered positive when the C line is also present.
Negative(-): The C line is visible, but the T line is not visible.
Invalid: No line appears in the C zone.
