Principle For CPV + CCV +Giardia Ag Triple Rapid Test
The canine CPV-CCV Ag combination test is based on sandwich-type lateral flow immunochromatography analysis. The test card has two test windows for observing test runs and result readings. The test window has invisible T (test) and C (control) areas before running the measurement. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there are CPV or CCV antigens in the specimen, a visible T-line appears. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of small viral antigens or cor antigens in the sample.

TEST PROCEDURE For CPV + CCV +Giardia Ag Triple Rapid Test
- Collect fresh dog feces or vomit with a cotton swab from the dog's anus or from the ground.
- Insert the swab into the provided test buffer tube.Agitate it to obtain effective sample extraction.
- Remove test card from aluminum foil bag and place horizontally.
- The treated sample is extracted from the test buffer tube and 3 drops are placed into each sample well "S" of the test device.
- Explain the results in 5-10 minutes. The result after 10 minutes is considered invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS For CPV + CCV +Giardia Ag Triple Rapid Test
- Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
