Principle
Canine B.canis Ab Test kit is a clip method based on lateral flow immunotomy.The test card has a test window for observing the test running and reading the results.The test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area.The processed sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, and the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip to react with the pre-coated Babel recombinant antigen.If there are baby antibodies in the specimen, a visible T-line will appear.Line C should always appear after applying the sample, which indicates a valid result.
In this way, the device can accurately indicate whether infant antibodies are present in the sample.
