ANA Antibody Rapid Test Canine Anaplasma Antibady Diagnosic Test KIt
Intended Use for Canine Anaplasma Ab Test
The Canine Anaplasma Ab Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed for detection of Anaplasma spp. antibodies (ANA Ab) in canine serum, plasma, or whole blood. It offers two options for result reading: visual judgment or semi-quantitative analysis with the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer (required only for Method 2).

Principle for Canine Anaplasma Ab Test
Canine Anaplasma Ab Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunotiography. The test card has a test window to observe the test run and the results read. The test window has an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone.Apply the treated sample to the sample hole on the device and the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip, reacting with the pre-covered antigens of the nongen weight group. If there are progeny antibodies in the specimen, a visible T-line appears.Row C should always appear after the sample is applied, which represents a valid result. In this way, the device can accurately indicate whether there are invisible antibodies in the specimen
Feature for Canine Anaplasma Ab Test
1. Easy opertaion
2. Fast read Result
3. High Sensitivity and accuracy
4. Reasonable price and high quality
Test Procedure for Canine Anaplasma Ab Test
• Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25ºC before running the assay.
• Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
• Collect 20μL of the prepared specimen into a vial of assay buffer and mix well. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120μL) of the diluted sample into the sample hole "S" of the test card.
• Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.

Interpretation of Results for Canine Anaplasma Ab Test
Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
