Audited Supplier The Canine Toxoplasma IgG IgM Antibody Toxo Ab Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma gondii IgG/IgM antibody (TOXO Ab) in dog's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
Allow all materials, including samples and test equipment, to recover to 15-25 ºC before testing.
Remove the test device from the aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally.
Use a capillary dropper to put one drop of the prepared sample into the sample hole s of the test device. Then 2 drops (about. Immediately put 80 μ l of the assay buffer into the sample well.

- IgG Positive (+): The presence of "C" line and "IgG" line, which indicates that the animal has been contracted to Toxoplasma gondii.
- IgM Positive (+): The presence of "C" line and "IgM" line, which indicates a possible current contract of Toxoplasma.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if IgG or IgM line appears.
