Principle
The feline FeLV antigen rapid detection kit is based on sandwich transversal flow immunochromatography.The test card has a test window to watch the analysis run and read the results.Before running the analysis, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area.When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody.If the FeLV antigen is present in the specimen, a visible T line will appear.The C line should always appear after the example is applied, which indicates a valid result. Early symptoms of leukemia
During the first few weeks of infection, symptoms will be mild and may include the following: no movement, no play, swollen lymph nodes, fever

TEST PROCEDURE
Allow all materials, including samples and test devices, to be restored to 15-25 ° C prior to analysis.
- Remove test card from foil bag and place horizontally.
- Collect the 50μl sample into a vial of analysis buffer and mix well.
Then drop 3 drops (about 120μl) of the diluted sample into the sample well "S" of the test card.
- Explain the results in 5-10 minutes.
Results after 10 minutes will be deemed invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
- Positive ():" C" line and "T" line exist simultaneously, whether the line is clear or blurred.
- negative(-): show clear C line. Only no T line.
- Invalid: No color line in C area. regardless of whether the T line appears or not.
