Principle
Canine EHR-ANA Ab Combo rapid Test kit is based on the sandwich method of lateral flow immunodissection.The test card has a test window to observe the analysis run and read the results.Before you run the analysis, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area.When the processed sample is applied to each sample hole on the unit, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-packaged Eric body and the non-plasma weight group antigen respectively.If there are Eric and no serum antibodies in the specimen, a visible t-line appears.Line C should always appear after the application example, which indicates that the result is valid.
In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of Eric and mud-free antibodies in the sample.

TEST PROCEDURE
- Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25ºC before running the assay.
- Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Collect 20μL of the prepared specimen into a vial of assay buffer and mix well. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120μL) of the diluted sample into the sample hole "S" of the test card.
- Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
- Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
