Principle
The test card features a testing window for observing assay progress and result reading. This window contains an initially invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. In the assay, highly selective equine infectious anemia virus antigen serve as the capture (T) and detector (gold-labeled). When the treated sample is added to the sample well on the test card, the liquid flows laterally across the test strip. If equine infectious anemia virus antibodies are present in the specimen, a visible T line appears, which can also be recognized by the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer. The C line must always appear after sample application, indicating proper test performance. Thus, the test card accurately indicates the presence of equine infectious anemia virus antibodies in the specimen.Feature
