Bovine Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Giardia-Cryptosporidium Antigen Combo Test use chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Giardia-Cryptosporidium antigen in bovine's feces.

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
-Please read the instruction manual carefully before testing, and restore the test card and the sample to be tested to room temperature 15 - 25°C.
-Use a swab to collect a sample of feces that has just been excreted, or take a sample directly from the rectum. Immediately insert the swab into the sample tube containing the buffer solution, remove the swab and shake it vigorously to mix it thoroughly. Let it stand for a few minutes to be tested.
-Take out a piece of GIA/CRYPTO/ROTA/BCV test card bag and tear it open, take out the test card, and place it horizontally on the operating platform.
-Use a pipette to draw the sample solution to be tested, and add 4 drops (about 90μL) to the each sample well "S".
-Observe the results within 5 - 10 minutes, the results will be invalid after 15 minutes
Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both control line C and test line T have wine-red bands, indicating that the sample contains Giardia or Cryptosporidium or rotavirus or coronavirus antigens.
Negative (-): The test T line has no color, which means that the sample does not contain Giardia or Cryptosporidium or rotavirus or coronavirus antigen.
Invalid: No quality control C line or white board appears, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card is invalid. Please check again.
