The Canine Coronavirus Antigen CCV Ag Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of canine parvo virus antigen (CCV Ag) in dog's feces or vomit specimen.
Assay Time: 5-10 minutes.
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
- Collection of fresh feces or vomit from the dog's anus or ground with cotton swabs.
- Insert cotton swabs into the provided detection buffer tube.
stir it to obtain effective sample extraction.
- Remove the test card from the foil bag and place it horizontally.
- Absorb the processed sample from the analytical buffer tube and drop 3 drops into the sample hole S of the testing equipment.
5-10 minutes to explain the results.
The result is invalid after 10 minutes.
