The EAV Ab Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic method for the qualitative detection of Equine Arteritis Virus Antibody (EAV Ab) in horse's serum, plasma or whole blood specimen.

Storage & Stability

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight


 

Test Procedure

 

1. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
2. Transfer 1 drop (using a capillary dropper) of the treated sample into the sample well.
3. Transfer 3 drops (using a disposable dropper) of the assay buffer into the sample well.
4. Start the timer. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes to read the result.
