Principle
Canine CAV Ag Test are based on sandwich transverse flow immunochromatography. The test device has a test window for observing the test run and the result readings. Before running the test, the test window has an invisible T (test) region and C (control) region. When the treated sample is coated into the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the monoclonal antibody prior to the coating. If there is CAV antigen in the specimen, a visible T line will appear. After the example is applied, the C line should always be displayed, which indicates a valid result. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of CAV antigen in the specimen.Feature
