Ovine Cryptosporidium Antigen Test Kit use chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Cryptosporidium Antigen in ovine's feces or vomit.

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
-Use a cotton swab to collect fresh feces or vomit from the sheep's anus or on the ground.
-Insert the swab into the detection buffer tube provided. Stir it to obtain an effective sample extraction.
-Take the test equipment out of the aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally.
-Extract the processed sample from the analysis buffer tube, and drop 3 drops into the sample hole s of the test device.
-5-10 minutes to explain the results. The result after 10 minutes is considered invalid.
