Short Introduction
Canine parvovirus (CPV) and canine coronavirus (CCV) are all pathogenic factors of canine enteritis, which cannot be distinguished solely by clinical symptoms due to similar symptoms.This product can quickly differentiate and diagnose whether dogs are infected with canine parvovirus or canine coronavirus by immunochromatography on feces or vomit samples, so as to provide an effective basis for subsequent treatment.

Principle
The canine CPV-CCV Ag combination test is based on sandwich-type lateral flow immunochromatography analysis. The test card has two test windows for observing test runs and result readings. The test window has invisible T (test) and C (control) areas before running the measurement. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there are CPV or CCV antigens in the specimen, a visible T-line appears. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of small viral antigens or coronavirus antigens in the sample.
TEST PROCEDURE
- Collect fresh dog droppings or vomit from the dog's anus or ground with a cotton swab.
- Insert the cotton swab into the provided inspection buffer tube.
- Stir it to get an effective sample extract.
- Remove the test card from the foil bag and place it horizontally.
- Suck the treated sample out of the experimental buffer tube and drop 3 drops in each sample hole S of the test equipment.
- 5-10 minutes to explain the results.The result after 10 minutes is invalid.
