The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
- Collect fresh serum or plasma samples from sheep for use.
Test immediately after collecting samples.
- Remove test equipment from aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally.
- Place 1 drop (about 20 μl) of serum or plasma sample or milk in the assay buffer tube.
Mix well and use directly in the determination.
- Place 2-3 drops of measurement buffer into the sample hole of the test card.
