The Canivet EHR-LYM-ANA Ab Combo Test is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of antibodies against Ehrlichia canis, Borrelia burgdorferi and Anaplasma platys in dog's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.

The test is used for the qualitative detection of antibodies to Ehrilchia canis, Borrelia burgdorferi and Anaplasma spp in serum, plasma or whole blood
Anaplasmosis is an infectious disease that comes in two forms: infection of white blood cells or infection of platelets. It is spread by common ticks. The most common symptom is fever. Weakness or lethargy, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, and an enlarged spleen, sometimes with loss of appetite, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Ehrlichiosis is also an infectious disease transmitted by ticks. Symptoms of ehrlichiosis may include fever, lethargy, weight loss, swollen lymph nodes, swelling, bleeding, nasal and eye discharge, and seizures.
Lyme disease is an infectious disease spread by ticks. Lyme disease has no symptoms in most dogs. Clinical symptoms appear months after infection. The most common symptoms of the disease are loss of appetite, sadness, fever, joint pain, fatigue and weight loss.
Using the capillary dropper to place 1 drop (approx. 10μL) of the prepared specimen into the sample hole "S" of the test device. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 90μL) of the assay buffer into the sample hole immediately. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
