Principle
The canine CPV-CCV Ag combination test is based on sandwich-type lateral flow immunochromatography analysis. The test card has two test windows for observing test runs and result readings. The test window has invisible T (test) and C (control) areas before running the measurement. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there are CPV or CCV antigens in the specimen, a visible T-line appears. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of small viral antigens or cor antigens in the sample.

TEST PROCEDURE
Positive (+):Both the Control (C) line and Test (T) line appear as magenta - colored lines in the corresponding testing window. Any faintly visible T line should be considered positive when the C line is also present.
Negative(-):The C line is visible, but the T line is not visible.
Invalid: No line appears in the C zone.
