Introduction
Bovine Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Cryptosporidium-Escherichia coli K99 Antigen Combo Test use chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Cryptosporidium-Escherichia coli K99 antigen in bovine's feces.
Reagents & Materials

Storage & Stability
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
Test Procedures
Please read the instruction manual carefully before testing, and restore the test card and the sample to be tested to room temperature 15~25°C.
1.Sample preparation
2. Take out the test card bag and tear it open, take out the test card and place it horizontally on the operating platform.
3. Use the dropper to draw the sample solution to be tested and add 4 drops (about 90μL) to the each sample well "S" of the test card.
4. Observe the results within 5-10 minutes, the results will be invalid after 15 minutes.
Interpretation of Results
-Positive (+): Both control line C and test line T have wine-red bands, indicating that the sample contains coronavirus, rotavirus, cryptosporidium or Escherichia coli K99 antigens.
-Negative (-): The control line C has wine-red band and the test line T has no color, which means that the sample does not contain coronavirus, rotavirus, cryptosporidium or Escherichia coli K99 antigen.
-Invalid: No colored band appears in C zone.
