Principle

Background
Bovine tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium bovis. Bovine tuberculosis infection is usually a delayed hypersensitivity reaction based on diagnosis in live animals. Infections are often subclinical. When clinical symptoms are present, the disease is not specific. The gene sequences of two main antigens of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, mpb70 and mpb83, were predicted and analyzed by DNAstar, and the protein was recombined to obtain the captured reagent.
