Intended Use
The Canine Parvovirus-Coronavirus-Giardia lamblia-Rotavirus Ag Combo Test enables the rapid differential diagnosis of these pathogens by detecting antigens of canine parvovirus, canine coronavirus, Giardia lamblia, and canine rotavirus in canine feces. This process requires only a single specimen collection and sample preparation, supporting for prompt and effective treatment thenafter.
Principle
The Canine Parvovirus-Coronavirus-Giardia-Rotavirus Ag Combo Test is based on sandwich method lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test card features four testing windows, each containing a T (test) zone and a C (control) zone that are initially invisible before the assay. When the treated sample is applied, the liquid flows laterally across the NC membrane of each test strip, interacting with pre-coated the antibodies specific to canine parvovirus, canine coronavirus, Giardia lamblia, and canine rotavirus respectively. The presence of target antigens in the sample results in a visible T line, while the appearance of the C line indicates a fulfillment of the assay in success.

Test Procedures
Before use, all components must equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 10 minutes.
1. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
2. Transfer 4 drops of the treated sample from the assay buffer tube into the each sample well.
NOTE: In case of no flow in 30s, please add 1 drop more of the sample.
3. Start the timer. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes to read the result.
Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both the Control (C) line and Test (T) line appear as magenta-colored lines in the corresponding testing window. Any faintly visible T line should be considered positive when the C line is also present.
Negative(-): The C line is visible, but the T line is not visible.
Invalid: No line appears in the C zone.
Storage And Stability
Store the test kit at 2-30°C, away from direct sunlight, until the expiration date(24 months) .
Use the test card immediately after removing it from the foil pouch (within one hour).
Precautions
• Do not use the test if the foil pouch is broken.
• Remove the test card from the pouch only before use.
• Avoid touching the testing window. Contamination can affect results.
• Do not mix components from different lot numbers.
• Use the QR code with tests from the same lot only.
• Treat all specimens and samples as protentially infectious. Wear gloves and follow local disposal regulations.
