The Felivet FILCH-4 Combo Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of feline immunodeficiency virus antibody (FIV Ab), feline leukemia virus antigen (FeLV Ag), feline Corons antibody (FCoV Ab) and Heartworm antigen (CHW Ag) in cat's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.

Principle
The Felivet FILCH-4 Combo Test is based on sandwich method lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.
The test card has a testing window for the observation of assay running and result reading. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone before running the assay. When the treated sample was applied into each sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow through the surface of each test strip and react with the pre-coated FIV recombinant antigens, FeLV antibodies, FCoV recombinant antigens and Heartworm antibodies respectively. If there are FIV antibodies, FeLV antigens, FCoV antibodies and Heartworm antigens in the specimen, a visible T line will appear in the corresponding window. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, which indicates a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of FIV antibodies, FeLV antigens, FCoV antibodies and Heartworm antigens in the specimen.

TEST PROCEDURE
Use dropper
Before use, all components must equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 10 minutes.
- Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
- Use a capillary dropper to transfer 1 drop of the treated sample into the each sample well.
- Use a disposable dropper to transfer 3 drops of the assay buffer into the each sample well.
- Start the timer. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes to read the result.
Use pipette
Before use, all components must equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 10 minutes.
- Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
- Use a pipette to transfer 10 μL of the treated sample into the each sample well.
- Use a pipette to transfer 90 μL of the assay buffer into the each sample well.
- Start the timer. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes to read the result.
