Principle
The Canine EHR-LYM-ANA Ab Combo Rapid Test is based on sandwich side-flow immune chromatography.The test card has a test window that allows you to watch the analysis run and read the results.Before running the analysis, the test window has invisible T (test) and C (control) areas.When the treated sample is applied to each sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally on the strip surface and reacts with the recombinant antigens of the pre-coated e, anthropolylapid and Burch dredging helixes, respectively.If the specimen has antibodies that are resistant to Erichla, Nameless, and Burrch's dredging helix, a visible T-line appears.After the sample is applied, the C line should always appear, indicating a valid result. In this way, the device can accurately indicate whether there are antibodies in the sample against E. coli, invisible body disease and burritox helix.

TEST PROCEDURE
- All materials, including samples and test equipment, are allowed to be restored to 15-25 degrees C before being tested.
-Remove the test card from the foil bag and place it horizontally.
-Collect 20 μL specimens and place them in a vial of test buffer and mix well.
Then drop 3 drops (about.120'L) Place the diluted sample in the sample hole "S" of the test card.
- 5-10 minutes to explain the results.The result after 10 minutes is invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
- Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
