Principle
The Canine CRP Test is based on sandwich method lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The window contains a control (C) zone and a test (T) zone. When the treated sample is applied, the liquid flows laterally across the NC membrane of each test strip, the analyte CRP in the sample will react with the pre-coated monoclonal antibodies and form a visible test (T) line at the test zone of the window. The optoelectronic system of the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer will analyze the signal intensity of the T line with the calibration curve which was pre-introduced into the calculation system of the analyzer. The concentration of the CRP will be directly displayed on the screen of the analyzer after the testing. The signal reflection of C line indicates a valid testing result.

Test Procedures

Test Procedures
1. Turn on the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer.
2. Use the analyzer's scanner to scan the QR code on the inner side of box lid or zip bag to import the calibration curve into the analyzer.
3. Remove the test card from the foil pouch.
4. Position the front of the card facing up, ensuring that the sample well is oriented towards the outside of the analyzer's test card slot.
5. Insert the card into the test card slot of the analyzer.
6. Use a pipette to add 100 μL of the treated sample into the sample well.
7. Push the test card to the farthest end of the test card slot.
8. Tap [STANDARD TEST] on the screen. Result will be displayed in 5 minutes.

Interpretation of Results

The concentration of the CRP will be displayed directly on the screen of the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer (Detection Range: 10mg/L-100mg/L). Please refer to below reference range in practice.
When the screen of the analyzer displays "invalid", it is recommended to review the operating procedures and perform another test again.
