Principle For Veterinary preganacy test
The Pregnancy Relaxin RLN Test in dogs was based on the analysis of sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography. The test equipment has a test window for observing the test operation and the reading of the results. Before running the test, the test window has an invisible t (test) area and a C (control) area. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the equipment, the liquid flows across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre coated monoclonal antibody. If the concentration of laxin in the sample exceeds the detection limit, a visible T-line will appear. After applying the sample, the c-line should always appear, which indicates the valid result. In this way, the device can indicate the presence of laxin in the sample with detection limits above.

TEST PROCEDURE For Veterinary preganacy test
- llow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25ºC before running the assay.
- Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Using the disposable dropper, collect and place 3 to 4 drops of the specimen into sample hole "S" of the test card.
- Interpret the result at 10-15 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS For Veterinary preganacy test
- Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
- Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line.
- Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
